COOKIE POLICY
Last updated: 20 August 2025
This Cookie Policy (“the Policy”) explains how ADMCS and its affiliates (together “ADMCS”, “we”, “us”) use cookies on its websites, applications and online services operated by ADMCS (“the site(s)”).
The Policy was last updated on 20 August 2025.
What is a cookie?
To ensure the proper functioning of our site(s) and to provide visitors (“visitors”, “you”) with the most up-to-date and relevant information, ADMCS may place cookies on your device.
Cookies are small files, or parts of files, stored on a user’s computer. They are created and later accessed by a website server and may contain personal information (such as a user ID, user preferences or pages visited). Cookies enhance the browsing experience on our site(s). They also allow us to better understand how users interact with our site(s), helping us improve them over time.
This Policy provides information about cookies and explains how you can manage your preferences.
Which cookies does ADMCS use on its site(s)?
Essential cookies
These are strictly necessary for the site(s) to function and cannot be disabled by visitors. Such cookies do not collect any personal information, are not used for marketing purposes, and do not track your browsing behaviour.
Technical cookies
Technical cookies are used to improve the performance and functionality of the site(s). Without them, certain features may be unavailable. Technical cookies are only enabled once you have provided consent.
Analytics cookies
- Analytics cookies, such as those used by Google Analytics (GA4), enable ADMCS to analyse how users navigate the site(s). Google Analytics (GA4) uses cookies and collects information such as the pages visited. ADMCS uses this data solely to improve its site(s) and services. Google Analytics (GA4) only records the IP address assigned to a user on the date of their visit — not their name or any directly identifying information. Data collected via Google Analytics (GA4) is never combined with other personal data. While Google Analytics (GA4) places a persistent cookie in a browser to recognise repeat visitors, these cookies are only accessible to Google. Google’s use and sharing of information collected through Google Analytics (GA4) is governed by the data processing agreement between ADMCS and Google. For further details about Google Analytics (GA4) and privacy, see: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245.
You may opt out of Google Analytics (GA4) data collection by downloading and installing the Google Analytics (GA4) Opt-out Browser Add-on, available here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout ?hl=en.
- ADMCS also uses analytics cookies to better understand user interests and may collect the following types of data: :
- Identification data (first name, last name and title, username and access code)
- Contact details (address, email and telephone number)
- Technical data (IP address, login data, browser type and version, time zone and location, browser plug-ins and versions, operating systems and platforms, and other technologies used to access the site);
- Profile data (interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses);
- Marketing and communications data;
- Aggregated, statistical and demographic information.
Marketing / advertising cookies
These cookies collect information such as your name, the pages you visit on our site(s), your browsing history prior to visiting the site(s), and your likes. The data collected helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and improve audience targeting.
Third-party cookies
Third-party cookies are not set by ADMCS but by third parties, such as advertisers. They may collect information about user behaviour, demographics or personalised marketing.
When visiting our site, you may encounter embedded third-party content or be redirected to external websites. These external websites and embedded content use their own cookies. ADMCS has no control over third-party cookies, even if they are placed on your device as a result of visiting one of our site(s). However, some third parties offer an opt-out mechanism if you prefer not to allow such cookies.
Deleting cookies and managing preferences
If you have consented to the use of cookies but later wish to withdraw that consent, you can enable or disable cookies through your browser settings. To do so, please refer to the “Edit”, “Tools” or “Help” tabs in your browser.
Disabling a cookie does not automatically delete it unless your browser includes a manual deletion function.
Disabling cookies
Data collected by ADMCS analytics cookies may be deleted if cookies are disabled. Information gathered before preferences were changed will still be processed; however, ADMCS will stop using the disabled cookies and will not collect further data from them.
