Revolutionising
multimodal transport

Our project

Revolutionising
multimodal transport

Finding a good idea is the easy part. The real difficulty lies in putting that idea into practice Giving it a shape, a voice and a reach that match its potential.

ADMCS is on the brink of reconfiguring the entire multimodal transport world thanks to two major ideas: its SIRIUS software, which optimises container shipping, and the concept of the eco-terminal, the first of which is expected to open in Ittenheim in 2027.

Revolutionising the supply chain

SIRIUS

Designed to operate as a genuinely global solution, the SIRIUS software provides optimum end-to-end container orchestration and guarantees traceability.

This system enables containers to be moved as smoothly as possible to and from their destination port. The software facilitates intelligent data flows to address supply chain issues.

SIRIUS saves time on organisation by proposing three alternative routes: the most ecological, the most economical, or a customisable option. Each journey is orchestrated smoothly by making the best choice of providers, allowing for far greater efficiency at every level. This efficiency has a positive impact on the multimodal transport sector, on both an ecological and an economic level.

Thanks to its inherent scalability, SIRIUS will be able to be developed for other sectors of the supply chain.

More precisely,
SIRIUS :

More about the project

Allows you to define the route between point A and point B, choosing the most ecological, the most economical, or a customisable option

Allows you to guarantee to the transport organiser that their container is handled throughout its journey by carriers compliant with local and international carbon regulations (since this will be mandatory to be referenced on the platform)

The transport organiser can be sure that their container is handled throughout its journey by carriers compliant with local and international regulations, including carbon regulations.

Enables you to see where a container is and who is carrying it in real time. The availability of reliable information makes for smoother journeys. Each container’s journey is therefore more ecological and economical.
And now you know which carrier is liable in the event of a mishap along the way.

Allows you to optimise empty container returns, thereby increasing capacity.

Protects against unpaid invoices and prevents fraud: cybersecurity rests on a digital identity which enables the customer to pay for their transport upfront using a system of tokens regulated by the Swiss regulator.

Zero carbon emissions

Eco-terminal

The eco-terminals will provide the logistics infrastructure for the "port of the future" and come close to operating with zero carbon emissions.

These structures will enable the industry to develop in a healthy, virtuous environment. The first eco-terminal is expected to come on stream in Alsace in 2027. It will provide the basis for an optimised network for managing container flows and serve to prove that it is possible to have a clean logistics terminal.

Thanks to a virtuous water treatment system, eco-friendly waste management practices and the use of solar photovoltaic power, the eco-terminals will have a functional architecture geared towards self-sufficiency for a minimal environmental impact. And also with the objective of reducing noise and visual pollution, the terminal will aim to be an “oasis” for multimodal transport players.

Once this has been proven, ADMCS will be able to assist governments and local authorities with creating their own eco-terminals, based on an innovative, turnkey concept accompanied by a licence that can be adapted to each different project.

More specifically,
the eco-terminals:

More about the project

Have a positive impact on the environment thanks to flow regulation and considered storage of deliveries.

The eco-terminals will be logistics structures for the “port of the future” that come close to achieving zero carbon emissions. They will allow the industry to develop in a healthy and virtuous environment.

Allow for natural treatment of sewage and rainwater, but also integrated vegetation and ecosystems. This is all part of our response to the need to place biodiversity at the centre of everything.

Use renewable energies (mainly photovoltaic solar) for self-consumption.

Reduce the overall carbon footprint.

Offer concrete ways of enhancing the well-being of future users.

Facilitate the creation of short channels for services.

Our investment needs

1 MiFID II

How does it work?

What is a utility token?

The utility token will be required to use the services of the SIRIUS platform. Each use will involve consuming tokens either on a “pay-per-click” basis or via a subscription, to enter data or consult documents. The price of such use will be set in euros, whilst the number of tokens spent will vary according to the value of the token at the time of use.

Token value. When the system goes into production, token sale orders will be valued at between €7 and €10 per token. After that, the market will fluctuate according to supply and demand. Each token has 18 decimals to allow fractional sales on the secondary market.

Why
invest?

To make a difference with a strong, sustainable project.
By deciding to invest in our project today, you will be deciding to take part in creating a greener, more environmentally friendly future. Our concern for the environment is at the heart of all the solutions we are proposing.

To take part in a revolution affecting an entire sector of the economy

The multimodal transport industry is one of the most polluting. It is becoming imperative to find concrete, relevant solutions and to implement them as soon as possible. The ADMCS project is the promise of a future where every container travels seamlessly to its final destination.

Your return
on investment

As an investor, you will be taking part in the multimodal container transport revolution and its monetisation with the imminent launch of the utility token on the regulated European trading platforms. The global container transport market is estimated to be worth $500 billion, making this an even sounder strategic investment.

This initial public offering marks a major milestone for your investment, as it means the value of the utility token is likely to rise and potentially make you a profit on your digital assets. The forecasts for the use of the platform, the growing interest of future users and the community of investors are so many positive factors in the appreciation of the token’s market value.
