OVERVIEW OF THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
This Notice provides information about the data we process, collect, use and share, and sets out our commitment to handling the personal data we collect lawfully. At ADMCS, including our affiliated companies, we take privacy, security and online protection extremely seriously.
This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains how we collect, use and share your personal data through our websites (our “site”), applications, products, services, and related web and mobile apps (together, the “services”) operated by ADMCS, or when you interact with us online.
THE TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT
ADMCS collects information you provide to us directly, as well as log files and cookies. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) (via a persistent cookie) to help improve our site and services.
Information you provide directly
We collect the personal data you provide to us in the following cases:
- If you send us feedback or contact us by email, we will collect your name and email address, together with any other content included in your message, in order to respond.
- We may also collect personal data at other points throughout our site.
Information collected automatically through technology
When you visit our sites, certain information is collected automatically.
Log files : We automatically gather certain information and store it in log files.
This may include IP addresses, browser type, Internet service Provider (“ISP”), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information for purposes such as analysing trends, administering the site, tracking user movements, and tailoring our services to user needs. Unless otherwise stated in this Notice, we do not link automatically collected data to other personal data we hold about you.
Cookies : Like many online services, we use cookies to collect information.
« Cookies » are small data files that a website places on your computer’s hard drive while you are browsing. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your computer until deleted) to provide you with a more personalised and interactive experience on our site.
This information helps us enhance ADMCS’s overall customer experience and tailor it to your specific interests and needs.
Performance and functionality: :
- Cookies will only be activated once you provide consent.
- You can also usually configure your browser to delete or refuse cookies.
- Please note that if you choose to delete or reject cookies, some features or services of our site may not function properly.
Web beacons (tracking pixels): ADMCS websites also use web beacons that enable additional information to be tracked; these are only activated once consent has been obtained.
A web beacon is a tiny graphic embedded in HTML emails that enables log file recording and analysis. This allows statistical analysis of the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns. By means of the embedded beacon, ADMCS can determine if and when an email has been opened by a recipient. Personal data collected through web beacons is stored and analysed by the data controller in order to optimise the creation of content that best serves our clients.
This personal data will not be shared with third parties. Data subjects may revoke the specific consent they have given (obtained through the double opt-in process) at any time. Once revoked, this personal data will be deleted by the data controller. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is automatically considered a revocation of consent.
Google Analytics (GA4): We use Google Analytics (GA4) to help us understand how users engage with our site.
Google Analytics (GA4) uses cookies to collect information such as how often users visit the site, the pages they view, and the websites visited prior to coming to our site. We use the information obtained from Google Analytics solely to improve our site and services. Google Analytics (GA4) only collects the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the site, not your name or any other identifiable information. We do not combine the data generated by Google Analytics (GA4) with your other personal data. Although Google Analytics (GA4) places a persistent cookie on your browser to recognise you as a unique user the next time you visit the site, this cookie can only be used by Google.
You can prevent Google Analytics (GA4) from using your personal data by downloading and installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=fr.
