ADMCS is a French-Swiss group set up to provide a solution to the huge amount of economic and environmental waste that blights the container market estimated to be worth 12 trillion dollars. To achieve that, our project includes two pioneering aspects:
The project also involves the construction of eco‐terminals in the Grand Est region of Eastern France, near the port of Strasbourg (Port Autonome de Strasbourg).
This is a new port or “peri-port” infrastructure concept: latest generation eco‐terminals zero carbon, integrated in the peri-urban environment, a concept that can be deployed anywhere in France or around the world. They will help relieve the pressure on the main maritime ports and their access roads which are facing suffocation from the high level of traffic.
The aim of the eco‐terminals and the software platform is to drastically reduce carbon emissions.
The ambition of AMCS Eco-terminaux is to build positive energy balance terminals that can reduce congestion in the ports.
From an innovative idea to a concrete project to construct eco-terminals and a container management software solution based on advanced technologies.
Our objective is to limit the impact of multimodal transport and its eco-terminals on the environment as far as possible.
The SIRIUS software platform operated by DMCS will be deployed first of all on these dry eco‐terminals to prove the concept, before it goes into production on a larger scale.
